Of course, I couldn’t throw all of it away, so 1 kept the biggest garlic cloves to use in cooking and even froze some. As I work I notice that the pair of wild geese are nesting on the island below our house again this year. This means that our big white geese live in the yard as the wild gander will not allow them anywhere near the meadow. He is a vicious and mean fellow.
