District Court of

Wilson pled guilty to
violating the Federal
Meat Inspection Act.

pliance officer and a

agriculture inspector
found approximately
120 pounds of spoiled

destroyed by the
supermarket
Under the Federal
Meat Inspection Act, all
meat products prepared
and transported for sale
m commerce must be
wholesome and
truthfully labeled.
