CARRIAGES: Lunch N.Y. meat firm fined TROY, N.Y. - Wilson Foods Corp., a Troy, N.Y. meat firm, has been fined $5OO for selling adulterated smoked meats. The fme was imposed by Judge James T Foley in the US. District Court of Albany, N.Y., after Wilson pled guilty to violating the Federal Meat Inspection Act. Donald L.
