will use a 4-H Foundation grant to
beautify two main thoroughfares
of the Southbndge section of the
city Club members will be in
volved in all phases of the planning
of this horticultural project, and
they’ll contact all the necessary
city agencies. As a result, South
Heala Street and New Castle

and the young people will learn as
much about zoning as about
azaleas.
Members of the Hockessin

with their community service
grant. They’ll be using them to do
yard work and light maintenance

The Y’s Owls 4-H club will use its
grant to purchase fencing. These 4-

community groups, and they’re
also planning a living nativity
scene for the Christmas season.
The fencing, of course, will keep
frisky “members of the cast” from
running away
