VIRGINVILLE - On Saturday, March 14, at the Virgmville Grange Hall, The Berks County 4- H Dairy Clubs held their annual awards banquet. The evening was highlighted by a presentation of awards. 4-H members, from the following five areas - Eastern Berks, Northern Berks, Stouchsburg, Virgmville, and Western Berks, turned in their best project books and blue forms for completion. Six trophies were given in both categories as to age of 4-H member. Winners in the blue form category included: ages 8 and 9, Kirk Sattazahn, Womelsdorf, 10 and 11, Ginger Dietrich, Kutztown; 12 and 13, Sherri Lynn Zollers, Mertztown; 14 and 15, Todd Miller, Hamburg; 16 and 17, Jan Adam, Hamburg; and 18 and 19, Kevin Sattazahn, Womelsdorf Winners in the project book category included ages 8 and 9, Linda Adam, Hamburg, 10 and 11, Michelle Christman, Hamburg, 12 and 13, Kevin Sechlegel, Boyer town; 14 and 15, Clark Sattazahn, Womelsdorf; 16 and 17, Gary Kurtz, Fleetwood; and 18 and 19, Helen Seidel, Kutztown.
