Lancaster extension meets lawmakers LANCASTER Lancaster County Extension members met with state legislators at a banquet in Harrisburg as part of the fourth annual State Capital Day. Max Smith, County Extension Director said that the banquet, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Council of Cooperative Extension Associations, gave committee members the opportunity to visit with legislators and discuss the impact of Extension programs earned out across the state and at the county level. Lancaster County delegates who took part in the day’s activities were.
