Block, will address the 79th annual convention of the National Farmers Union m Orlando, Fla., George W. Stone, president of the National Farmers Union, an nounced Monday. Block is scheduled to speak at the Orlando Hyatt Hotel at 1:40 p.m. on March 2, Stone said. The convention convenes March 1 and closes March 4. Theme of the meeting is “Justice for Agriculture.” “This will provide an excellent opportunity for the new Secretary of Agnculure to outline what he plans to accomplish in the next four years. Farmers and ranchers are anxious to learn the positions the Department of Agriculture will take on the many programs that affect them,” Stone said.
