Quinn Roberts of Waynesboro, 4-H Council President, served as the mistress of ceremonies while 4-H members Arby Pugh of Shippensburg led the flag salute and Cathy Wildeson of Waynesboro led the 4-H pledge. 4-H leader Edward Brice of Mer cersburg led in the in vocation before the dinner. Highlighting the evening program was the presen tation by 4-H Agent Robert Kessler of the Outstanding Boy and Girl Awards. These awards were presented to Michael A. John and Nadene Meyers, both of Chambersburg, respec tively, for their outstanding 4-H work over the years. John is the 19 year old son of Mrs. Elsie V. John and Meyers is the 18 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs Dean Meyers. State Keystone Winner Plaques were presented to Gerald J. Reichard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald W.
