Both the grand champion ram and the grand champion ewe were exhibited by Lynn Laudenslager, Lauden Acres Kl Dalmatia. Although they’ve been in the commercial sheep business for the past 10 years, Lynn’s wife, Dixie, explained this is their first year in the purebred business. As a matter of fact, Grata Fair marks their first attempt, and a rather suc cessful one, at showing. The Laudenslagers also exhibited the reserve grand champion Suffok ram. Both champion rams were this year’s lambs. The reserve grand champion ewe followed the Laudenslager ewe lamb in their class before being tagged by Judge Don Sunday as the second top female in the show. She was shown by Dianne Eberts Keefauver, of tjfewville. Vegetable-dairy farmer named campaign chairman CLARKS SUMMIT - Keith Eckel, a Lackawanna County daily, grain and vegetable fanner, has been named chairman of the Pennsylvania Fanners for Reagan-Busb Committee.
