Frey & Sons of Quarryville and Continental Associates, Phelps, New York. The bull. Continental, was tagged Senior Champion by judge Jim Hough of Ard more, Tennessee on his way to the top honors. Following Continental in both the Reserve Senior Champion and Reserve Grand Champion slot was Craft Lucky Strike. Three owners share this champion. They include Robert Zeedyk, New Carlisle, Indiana; Lucky Strike Breeders, Grass Lake Michigan; and Steve Silbemagel, Napoleon, North Dakota. Judge Hough wait to the Junior division for both top honors in the female show. Grand Champion was Kendall First Lady, co owned by Mr. and Mrs. Sayre MacLeod, Sayre Farms, Phelps, New York; and Scott Talbott Jr., Lexington, Kentucky. Premier Angus Inc., Cloverdale, Indiana, led out the Reserve Grand Cham pion, Premier Baroness 2068 T. Jane Dawes, Urbana, Indiana, owned the Bull Calf Champion, DD Black Stud 929, and Premier Angus Inc. exhibited the Reserve, Premier Skyhigh 2343 T. Patriot Lady 965 was the Intermediate Champion female exhibited by Kevin Reeser, Leßoy, Illinois. Sayre Farms took Reserve on Blackcap *34L of Sayre. Patriots Jestress Gal 160 F was the Heifer Calf Champion owned by Gallagher’s Farm, Ghent, New York; and Sayre Farms. Double HH Farms, Adair, Illinois, owned the Reserve Calf Champion, Double HH Lass 0305. Continental claimed the grand champion Angus bull title at the Indiana State Fair.
