Md. NEW WINDSOR, Md. - A total of 166 persons attended the sixth annual Maryland Agricultural Safety and Health Federation Banquet at New Windsor Fire Hall recently. Highlighting the program was speaker Clair Young, Ohio State safety specialist. In dicussmg government safety regulation, Young said, “We have to learn to live with government regulations.” “Some are necessary some may go away.
