Lancaster Holstein 4-H reorganizes m LANCASTER - Doug Hershberger, Quarryville R 4, was elected president of the Lancaster County Holstein 4-H Club at its reorganization meeting Tuesday night. Hershberger, who succeeds Arlen Keener in the post, will head a group of veteran 4-H’ers elected to fill the top officers’ positions.
