This total will be reduced by the volume shipped to reach the 8 million ton level under the US-USSR gram agreement. Offers to acquire the contracts were mailed to 14 gram exporters by CCC on February 6. The offers covered all contracts for shipment to the Soviet Union which had not been loaded by January 9. February 15 was the final day the exporters could ac cept the CCC offer. The new president is a graduate of Camegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, receiving a bachelors degree in civil engineering. He has served as president of Young President’s Organization and past chairman of that organization’s Pittsburgh chapter. Dickerson has also served as president of the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors, an organization representing the heavy and highway construction industry.
