The meeting will be held Tuesday, February 5, 7:30 p.m. at the Farm and Home Center, Lancaster. Animated conversation sparked the kidding topic at last month’s meeting and led the group to spotlight the subject one more time. The roundtable format proved a great success and will be continued. One of the unique features of the club is the interest shown by Lancaster County Dairy Agent. Glenn Shirk. Shirk, a regular at the monthly meetmgs, has been a valuable source of in formation and reference material to the goat owners. A slide show by Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Stauffer of their goats will be given. Refreshments will be ser ved. The public is welcome. The Association’s aim is to assist dairy goat owners m caring for their animals by providing printed in formation and timely speakers, and to promote dairy goats and their products. A membership drive is underway and being headed by a public appearance of club members on the “Noon Day on 8” TV Program, also February 5.
