The purpose of the workshop was to allow leaders to learn how to make inexpensive crafts that could be taught to 4-H’ers during their monthly meetings. These craft ideas many times are used to create “favors” for nursing homes and hospitals. The workshop was designed to be a “make it-take it” experience.
