This was assured by Lauren Carlson, NCA presi dent, as he outlined the recently completed program for the Jan. 22-24 convention and trade show in San Diego, California. “Speeches and specialized discussion sessions will focus on timely topics of im portance to all producers and feeders,” Carlson said. “In addition, an outstan ding trade show, with more than 100 exhibitors, awaits the cattlemen and women who are in San Diego in Januuary. All told, the pro gram for our third annual convention will provide more outlook and other in formation than ever before. The theme of the meeting is ‘Forecast/The 80’s. ’ “In addition to the trade show on Jan. 22-24 and the general convention sessions Jan. 23-24, the committee meetings on the morning of Jan. 22 will feature open discussions.
