The program was presented by Rev. and Mrs. David Hornberger from Shamokin. The Hombergers have been missionaries to Africa. They presented in spirational songs for Thanksgiving. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Stir cheese into egg yolks; fold into egg whites. Pile on hot soup mixture. Bake 30 minutes longer. • When buying turkeys under 12 pounds, allow % to 1 pound per serving. When buying turkeys 12 pounds and over, allow Vz to % pound per serving • Always stuff turkey just before roasting—not ahead of time! Allow about % to 1 cup stuffing per pound of turkey. • When turkey is done, remove from oven and allow to stand at least 20 minutes for easiest carving. • Cool stuffing, meat and gravy promptly; refrigerate separately. • Use gravy or stuffing within 1 or 2 days of preparation; heat thoroughly before serving. Serve cooked turkey meat within 2 or 3 days after roasting. Frozen cooked turkey meat can be stored up tol month.
