Thornburgh was the keynote speaker for die Pennsylvania Farmers’ Association annual meeting that took place at the con vention center of the Her shey Motor Lodge. The governor’s ideas seem to follow somewhat the thinking of the Program Planning and Evaluation Committee of the PFA.
