Photo IDs on Pa licenses HARRISBURG - Photo identification licenses will be issued to Pennsylvania drivers over a four-year period beginning in December, according to the Transportation Department. Camera stations will be established throughout the state to take the required photos for the new license, which will be valid for four years at a cost of $21.50. Forty-two other states and the District of Columbia already have a photo-license program.
