Champions chosen at Delaware State Fair The champion hog in the Junior Swine Show at the Delaware State Fair was exhibited by Debbie Klair, of Hockessin. The 12-year-old member of the Y’s Ow! 4-H Club is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Klair. The champion hog weighed 220 pounds and was purchased by Safeway Stores for $3.10 per pound.
