12-r Lancaster Farmini Mr. and Mrs. Donald Seipt and sons Don and Doug won the big banners for the first time this week. Seipt hasn't missed the show since it was first organized in the early 1950's and has won the Best Three Females class on many oc casions, including this year. The blue ribbons were spread around pretty much among the 80 exhibitors. Out of the 14 classes, only a few breeders repeated as first place winners. Seipt won the senior 2-year old, aged cow, and Best Three Females classes. Roy Miller topped the 3-year old field and had the first-place dairy herd. Donald Hostetter came out on top in the dry 3-4 year old class and the Produce of Dam group. Other class winners were Ed Todd, junior calf; Glenn Stoltzfus, intermediate calf; Reu-Hel Farms, senior calf; David Bomgardner, junior yearling; Joyce Weaver, senior yearling; and Elwood and Bruce Fox, junior get. Kerchenhill Holsteins won See picture page 14 the aged dry cow class, Dale- Hostetter topped the entri&sf in the junior 2-year old class, Wendy Shaw’s 4-year old stood first, David Herbert had the senior get title, and Karen Sattazahn exhibited the top dam and daughter pair.
