Terry D. Rader, forest and wildlife specialist with the University, notes that a questionnaire similar to the one which follows was presented to the public four years ago. “Many people have offered comments, helpful suggestions, and encouragement about the Pennsylvania Forest Resources Senes since its initiation in October of 1973,” he says. “As federal and state budgets shrink, we are being held more accountable as to how we spend taxpayers’ monies. Therefore, it is not necessary to sign the form. The forest and wildlife speciahst does ask, however, that readers follow instructions closely. If a single answer is called for, please fill in only one answer, he says. “It will greatly simplify recording and tabulating the data.
