Simokat declared here Wednesday. Simokat released the latest U.S. Department of Labor statistics which show that between 1967 and 1977 the 20 Right to Work states gained over one million manufacturing jobs. The 30 states which, like Penn sylvania, permit compulsory unionism lost 889,800.
