—Lancaster Farming, Saturday, May 26,1979 20 Oxford FFA honors members at 30th banquet By SUSAN KAUFFMAN Staff Correspondent OXFORD - State FFA Secretary Sheryl Bollinger encouraged the members of the Oxford FFA Chapter to grasp the opportunities in the organization presented to them now, as well as in the future She explained to the members, faculty, parents and guests at the thirtieth awards banquet, the greatest difference can be made if one has a positive attitude. Honoring those members who have excelled in many project areas, advisors Kenneth Thompson and Scott Gold presented the awards. Alan Mason and David Wylie were recipients of Star Chapter Farmer awards as well as Keystone awards. Other Keystone winners were Dale Davis, Renee McCardell and Jerry Miller. In addition to these two honors Mason also received an anonymous award for a college bound student and the DeKalb Agn Ac complishment award. Masons projects were dairy and swine. Timothy Siple captured the beef production award Swine production was given to Robert Lambom and horse proficiency went to Sandra McKinney. Horticulture awards went to Mane Bruneier and Andrew McClure. The turf and landscaping award was given to Dale Davis. Charles Hayes received the diversified livestock award.
