Loans for farm energy sources win approval WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry last week voted to authorize $lBO million in new federally-guaranteed loans for construction of pilot plants to produce fuel from agricultural commodities and forest products.
