CCC credit rates up WASHINGTON, D.C. - Effective Nov. 17, interest rates for financing sales of U.S. agricultural com modities under the Com modity Credit Corporation export credit sales program were increased by one per cent. Fred Welz, acting general sales manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, said the new rates for sir to 36-month credit terms will be 101/2 per cent with a U.S. bank and 111/2 per cent with a foreign bank repayment guarantee.
