Grange resolutions focus on money, estate planning and government BUTLER - Ap proximately 1800 delegates and visitors came to Butler during the week of October 23-26 to attend the 106th annual convention of the Pennsylvania State Grange in Butler. During the convention the delegates considered 142 resolutions concerning both internal and external policy. Approximately 40 of these resolutions will be for warded to National Grange for consideration at the National Grange Convention in Denver, Colo. Nov. 13-20. The approved resolutions covered a broad range of subjects including: Measures to increase the funding of the Agricultural Conservation Practices Program on the national level and to increase the maximum allowance on the local level. Opposition to compulsory unionism for both private industry and public em ployees.
