In operation, the MH -80 is attached to the three point linkage of a tractor, which supplies the main drive for the machine from its P.T.O. via four V-belts. Stop in today. See the new Case 90’s. Specially shaped guides extending from the main body for 75 inches collect standing stalks and broken and lying stems and deliver them into the cutting and choppmg unit. Cutting of stems is accomplished by the combined action of the feed drums and fixed knife. The knife is easily adjusted < v ' , Hr ■> ' t 1 is s y and quickly replaced when dull. Chopping is accomplished by a high speed rotor fitted with 12 chopping knives which can be sharpened by the integral sharpening unit. The rotor spins at the rate of 1320 revolutions per minute. Cut silage is then blown through a delivery chute into a trailer either next to or behind the maizechopper. Chute adjustments are made from the tractor seat. The P.T.O. input shaft is w 2290: p* (95 kW) 2590; (134 kW) Lancaster Farming, Saturday, November 4,1978- extended to the rear of the maizechopper to enable self loading trailers to be operated and an adjustable hitch allows the use of tractors with P.T.O. above or below the draw bar. “Our MH-80 can be fitted to any tractor with a three point linkage,” added Anton Zweegers. “For storage, the machine occupies very little space.” The length of the machine is 7 feet, 6 inches, the width is also 7 feet, 6 -inches and height with the chute is 11 feet. However, the delivery chute is detachable reducing the height to three feet. The MH-80 and other agricultural machinery and implements by Zweegers, are available through local farm equipment dealers across the country or the company’s U.S. distributors. P.J. Zweegers en Zonen Landbouwmachinefabriek 8.V., the company that invented the cyclomower in 1964, has been manufac turing and exporting high quality agricultural equipment for over 40 years. Its products, sold in over 66 countries and the U.S. since Over the years, one thing about Mol-Mix never changed. Quality. From the first day that Mol-Mix 5, was made, the people at National Molasses made it with quality ingredients because they knew a better-quality supplement would mean more net profit for the cattlemen who used it Today, instead of decreasing or eliminating these quality ingredients because of shortages and higher costs, Mot-Mix has maintained the same level of quality that has made it the liquid leader BUFFERED RELEASE IS JUST PART OF OUR QUALITY STORY Occasionally, somebody finds out about one of our unique features and gets really excited about it For example, our buffered release of urea ammonia, heralded by other supplements as a brand-new innovation, has been in Mol- Mix for years to improve its protein-building efficiency And our performance-proven ingredients, like corn distillers solubles, con densed fermented corn extractives, phosphor ic acid, and ammonium polyphosphate, have yet to be included in most other supplements' Stop in soon We would like to demonstrate the dramatic results that Mol-Mix can bring to your herd in terms of performance and profits. We’re not talking about something that will only add to your supplement costs we’re talking about the bottom line Mol-Mi* liquid supplements JOHN Z.
