The daughter of Mr. and Mrs 1 - Ernest D. Snyder, she is a freshman at Penn State, majoring in animal production. She has been a 4- H member for nine years. A member of four Lehigh County 4-H Clubs, she served as president, vice president, and treasurer, and assisted with club activities' and events as a teen leader. The state sheep contest sV' - ' - - 7 ** * v* \ / >» ' r * f winner completed projects in sheep, beef, sewing, cooking, crafts, home im provement, health, money management, career development, and teen leadership. Locally, she took part in dress revue, roundup, ex change program, livestock judging, and teen council. She also participated in Pennsylvania 4-H Leader ship Congress, State 4-H Achievement Days, Citizenship Short Course, and Penn State livestock judging contests. Gail was selected as the Lehigh County Outstanding 4-H Beef Club Member and the Most Helpful Sheep Club Member. On September 25, members of the FFA judged 61 pumpkins at the Open-House in Honey Brook. Pumpkifis were judged in three categories with each winner receiving a ribbon. First place winners in each category received a silver dollar. After the pumpkins were judged m each of the elementary schools, trophies were awarded to the grand champion pumpkins in each category.
