' I RHUBARB PIZZA V« cup granulated sugar 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder V* teaspoon salt 1 egg beaten 2 tablespoons milk 3 cup rhubarb 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin - Topping , 1 cup granulated sugar % cup flour %cup butter Mix first five ingredients and pat them >n the bottom and sides of pan. Place rhubarb on top. Sprinkle with gelatin. Mix topping and place on top of rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes at 350* F. Peel and dice potatoes. Chop celery and carrots. Add vegetables to the casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour either 1 can crushed mushrooms or X can chicken soup over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover and bake at 350* F for one hour.
