the national level. Judy will
be eligible to attend the

compete for awards at the
national level.

Foundation.
The daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Clyde W. Barrick, Jill
is a senior at the Big Spring
Senior High School. She has
been a 4-H member for nine
years.
A member of the Cen
terville 4-H Club, she served
as president, secretary,
treasurer, vice president,
and news reporter. She also
assisted with club activities
and events as a teen leader.
The state contest winner
completed projects in dairy,
foods, clothing,
photography, flower gar
dening, teen leadership,
health, citizenship, and
crafts.
Locally, she took part in
the 4-H awards banquet,
officers training, exchange
program, leader’s banquet,
teen council, picnic, and
roundup.
Jill also participated in
Regional 4-H Teen Leaders
Retreat, Regional 4-H
Demonstration Day, State 4-

program, Jill said: “4-H has
helped me to become a
better citizen and how to get
along with and understand
younger members.”
The daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Paul E. Hombaker,
Karen is a senior at the
Shippensburg Area Senior
High School. She has been a
4-H member for eight years.
A member of three
Cumberland County 4-H
Clubs, she served as
president, secretary, news
reporter, and social
chairman. She also served
as a teen leader.

veterinary science, teen
leadership, clothing, gar
dening, health, foods,

recreation.
Locally, Karen took part in
