Tractor pall jamboree GRANTVILLE - The Tractor Pull Jamboree and Pennsylvania Championship Pull-Off to be held here next Saturday, Sept. 23, will feature farm class tractors weighing from 5500 to 15,200 pounds, according to the event’s organizers It will be the first tune that farm class tractors compete for prizes here. The Jamboree carries a $7500 purse and will be held at the Penn National Raceway, here. Muncy- Chief Hybrids of Muncy, Pa. is sponsoring the activities. The ram date is Sept. 24. Aside from the farm class tractors, which will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will also be a mini class and the usual super stock and modified classes. The mini classes will run fi*om 1 to 5 p.m., while the super stock and modified event takes place Saturday evening, beginning at 7 p.m. It will be a class AA pull. Area farm and mini tractors are invited to participate, said Jamboree representative Milton Hoffman.
