The Hunt Valley location was chosen, according to Swackhamer, “because it offers us the advantages of a rural setting, which is consistent with our business and preserves the central location convenience to our District.” Maryland Properties, Inc. has been selected as the designer/builder, with Gaudreau, Inc. designated as the project architects.
