Greenhouse supervisor Paul H. Dennison, designer of the garden, says the herbs are in delicate bloom right now. He invited the public to come and find out how colorful, fragrant, and even tasty, an herb garden can be. Culinary herbs are sur prisingly varied in ap pearance as well as in use. Risser is a native of Leola, Lancaster County where he graduated from Manheim Township High School in 1968. While a resident of Lancaster County, he was very active in 4-H Clubs. He was also elected vice president of the council at Pennsylvania Association of Farmer Cooperatives in 1968 and then was selected to proceed on to the American Association of Cooperatives.
