ZUCCHINI BREAD 3 eggs 3 /4 cup salad oil Wi cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts or raisins 2 cups flour % teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 3 teaspoons cinnamon 2 cups grated zucchini Beat eggs and sugar until thick, add oil, mixing well. Sift together dry ingredients and then add to the sugar and eggs. Add zucchini and nuts, fold carefully. Pour into the cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 55 minutes. ICECREAM 4 quarts rich milk 4 cups granulated sugar pinch of salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons cornstarch 6 eggs (beaten) Heat milk, sugar, and salt Mix the flour, cornstarch, and eggs with milk, enough to make a smooth sauce. Stir into the milk and bring to a boil Add vanilla and cool. To make chocolate ice cream, add instant cocoa, flavor as desired. Arrange meat mixture and cheese in pie shell. Beat together mayonnaise, milk, corn starch, eggs, salt, and pepper in bowl until blended, using rotary beater Pour mixture in shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes The top will get very brown. ICING 1 stick butter V 2 cup canned evaporated milk 3 /* cup granulated sugar or 1 cup brown sugar IV2 cup coconut V 2 cup nuts (optional) Cook together about two to three minutes.
