Mrs. William Rhoades, lecturer, presented the program with Emidie Parenti, Protective Services, Lancaster Co. Office Of Aging, and James Mullahan, field represen tative, Social Security Ad ministration, Lancaster, were the speakers. Parenti explained the roll of services provided by the Lancaster Co. Office Of The Aging which is supported by the federal, state and local funds. Mullahan explained the Social Security set-up concerning necessary payments to the fund, Seminar speaker named UNIVERSITY PARK - Robert H. Rumler, executive chairman of the Holstein- Friesian Association of America and 1978 recipient of Penn State’s Distinguished Alumnus Award, will speak at a seminar June 2 on the University Park Campus. Rumler will discuss “The Role of Agriculture in In ternational Trade.” The seminar will be held at 10 a.m. on June 2 in Room 301, Agricultural Administration Building. A 1936 Penn State graduate with a major in dairy science, the award recipient represents dairy and agricultural interests on many national and in ternational advisory groups. He joined the Holstem- Fnesian Association of America in Brattleboro, Vermont, in 1948 as assistant executive secretary.
