The 4-H’ers dre creating the soundtrack, making the film, and editing the production. The trip through space will take about six to seven minutes and then be ready for the next crew. The test differential price is better than ever, so a higher test level means more money in the dairyman's pocket. To improve butterfat test through breeding, a dairyman must select bulls which are plus proven for PD% TEST. A bull whose daughters are averaging 3.8% dr higher but maintains a minus PD% test when used on a low testing cow WILL NOT IMPROVE TEST in that cows offspring. Most probably he will decrease it. On the other hand, a bull whose daughters are averaging 3.5% but has a plus PD% test WILL IMPROVE THE TEST on the same cows off spring. The bull with the plus PO% test is genetically the test improver of the two. The one who will give a dairyman the most progress in im proving the butterfat test in his herd replacements. DO NOT BE MISLED. Some A.I. Organizations advertize their bulls as having a high test level on their daughters, if that same bull does not have a plus PD% test HE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE TEST IN THE NEXT GENERATION. ABS currently has 16 bulls available who are plus PD% test. 10 of these bulls are plus 80 PD dollars or more and 7 are plus proven for HFA type. *This is Predicted Difference Percent Test.
