Cows closed .50-1.00 lower, bulls steady, instances .50-1.00 higher. Four day receipts 16,500 as compared to 12,500 previous week and 19,400 a year ago. Demand was generally good by most buying interests and price declines were mild even in the face of increased marketings and a lower car cass trade the forepart of week.
