Devotional Reading: 1 Peter 1:3-9 Most of us tend to think of TO WAIT UNTIL SOIL DRIES May folks are getting impatient about getting into their gardens and fields to get the Spring work started. This is a repeat thought urging folks not to work the soil when it is too wet. With all of the snow that has melted in the past week or so, the ground is very wet and soggy. It will take some sun, wind, and time to dry out low-lying fields and gardens. If lawn areas are to be seeded, they can be mulched with straw, tobacco ribs, or muslin to'hold the moisture and get quicker ger mination.
