Red Rose Dairy Day slated
LANCASTER - An in
formative program for
Lancaster County dairymen
will get underway here
March 7 at the Farm and
Home Center. It’s Lancaster
County Dairy Day, and it’ll
begin at 9 a.m. and continue
through mid-afternoon.
Aside from numerous
educational presentations
(see schedule in latter parts
of this article), a number of
local dairy equipment
dealers and suppliers will
have exhibits and displays
on hand for inspection and
study. A complete lunch will
he available at a cost of $1.25
per person.
Dairy Day is sponsored
and conducted by the
Lancaster County
Agricultural Extension
Service in cooperation with
local milk distributors and
milk marketing
cooperatives and dairy
breed associations.
The program for the day
