It’s Lancaster County Dairy Day, and it’ll begin at 9 a.m. and continue through mid-afternoon. Aside from numerous educational presentations (see schedule in latter parts of this article), a number of local dairy equipment dealers and suppliers will have exhibits and displays on hand for inspection and study. A complete lunch will he available at a cost of $1.25 per person. Dairy Day is sponsored and conducted by the Lancaster County Agricultural Extension Service in cooperation with local milk distributors and milk marketing cooperatives and dairy breed associations.
