34 — Lancaster Farming, Saturday, December 17,1977 Extension Association elects officers COATESVILLE - Richard Breckbill, a farmer and agribusinessman from Oxford was elected president last Friday evening of the Chester County Extension Association. Others voted into office were Horace Wilson, Kimberton, vice president; Kenneth Risser, West Chester, treasurei ; and Mrs. Jeanne Mitchell, Avondale, secretary. The Chester County Ex tension Association is run by a board of 2G directors, each of whom is appointed for a 3- year term. Meeting at the Chester County Co-Tech School, here, the Association also hosted two skits by 4-H members. Displays of Ex tension work and programs were made available for inspection. Janet Latshaw gave her award-winning speech, entitled “Building a Future Through 4-H.” The final part of the program was a slide show by County Agent Glenn Shirk, which is covered in more detail elsewhere in this issue.
