FFA officers begin month-long tour FFA OFFICERS BEGIN MONTH-LONG TOUR ALEXANDRIA, Va. - National FFA Officers will leave here on February 7 to begin an annual tour that in three weeks will take them to 14 cities in six states. During the month-long tour of businesses and industries that support the FFA through the National FFA Foundation, Inc., the six national officers are scheduled to visit 57 agribusiness firms, civic clubs, and educational centers. “The purpose of the annual tour is to give people in volved in agribusiness and education an opportunity to meet and visit with members of the FFA organization,” says 20-year-old National FFA President James Bode. A native Oklahoman, Bode is looking forward to traveling as one of the six officers who represent half a million FFA members.
