an especially large crowd.

dwelling erected on an acre
of woodland brought $46,000
and was sold to Paul K.
Farrel, 321 Parkview Dr.,
Manheim, Pa.

was held Nov. 27 by the

Maurer 2 miles east of
Klingerstown, Schuylkill
Co., 1 a
Tract No. 1 with 24 acres of
level land sold for $25,000.
The second tract containing

dwelling, small stream and
poultry house brought $6,500
while the third tract con
sisting of 1 acre with small
stream and bam sold for
$2500.

A Public Sale of farm
machinery and beef cattle
was held by Mr. & Mrs. S.
Austin Winemiller, about IVz
miles northeast of Fawn
Grove, York Co., Pa. on
November' 27th. It was a
beautiful day and a
tremendous crowd attended.

bull sold for $420 and
Hereford cows sold from $250
to $325.
