Instead, it contains thiamine, riboflavin, ascorbic acid, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, and nicontinic acid, all of which play vital rolls in human nitrition. WHOLEWHEAT BANANA NUT BREAD One-third cup honey Vz cup vegetable oil 3 medium bananas (ripe) mashed 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs, well beaten Vz cup wheat germ 2 teaspoons baking powder Vz teaspoon salt Vz teaspoon cinnamon l k cup nuts Sift flour with salt, baking 1-Vz cups whole wheat flour powder, and soda. Blend remaining ingredients and add all at once to dry mixture, stirring just until moist. Grease bottoms of twelve 2-%-inch muffin cups. Divide batter among cups and bake in preheated 125 degree oven 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans at once. Serve hot.
