The remaining two Ford-Carter presidential debates and the debate between vice presidential candidates Robert Dole and Walter Mondale will be febroadcast via tape delay by WITF-TV, Channel 33, on the Saturday evening following each debate. The delayed broadcasts, which provide an alternate time for South Central Pennsylvania viewers to watch the debates, will be prepared especially for the hearing impaired through the use of either super-imposed cap tions or sign-language. The second debate bet ween President Ford and Jimmy Carter will be rebroadcast on Saturday, October 9, at 8:00 p.m., with captions. The third presidential debate will be rebroadcast on Saturday, October 23, at 8:00 p.m., with sign-language.
