—Lancaster Farming, Saturday, June 26. 1976 74 4-Hers York and Berks County 4- H members learned specialized leadership skills and participated in Bicen tennial programs when they took part in Pennsylvania 4- H Leadership Congress, June 21-24, on the Penn sylvania State University main campus. The two county delegation’s joined with approximately 1300 other 4-H members from all counties in the Commonwealth to share and contribute ideas which will improve local community programs.
