Registration will be un derway from 8 a.m. until noon. The annual business meeting will start at 9 a.m. Both activities will be held in the Agricultural Ad ministration Building. This helps stablize supplies and prevents market shortages and gluts. The board consists of 12 members - six producers and six handlers - with an alternate for each. The program will feature a' re-creation of a lecture by the first President of Penn State, Dr. Evan Pugh, as presented by Jerome K. Paste, Associate Dean of the College of Agriculture.
