Called “Farming - A Family Affair,” the movie pays tribute to farm families in such countries as Mexico, Kenya, the Phillipine Republic, Denmark, Australia, and the U.S. The film shows how far mers everywhere share common problems - un certain weather, uncertain market prices, rising taxes and rising costs. The movie also makes the point that farmers, who have demonstrated remarkable productivity gains in the past two decades, must become even more efficient in order to feed the world’s growing population. The movie is in full color, with sound, and is 28 minutes in length. Sixteen mm prints are available to interested civic, church and school groups, as well as to 4-H and FFA chapters, and to any other groups concerned about the future of the world’s ability to feed itself. The film can be ordered from Venard Films, Box 1332, Peoria, 111. 61601. £ 2 - 25 * > *- S
