Spalding, York Flour Mills, York, Pa.; was elected president of PennAg Industries during their 96th convention held Sept. 15-17 at Seven Springs, Champion, Pa. Spalding will begin his term January 1, 1975 replacing Ned L. Clark of Shamokin. Spalding is a member of the National Soft Wheat Association and the York Chamber of Commerce.
